Mantra

Everyone in my life loves, honors and respects me.

Mantras are a suitable way to bring the bubbling stream of thoughts within us to rest. So we are able to listen better to our Inner Voice – the most useful consultant we have with us every day. Repeat the mantra in a continuous loop whenever you want to replace negative thoughts about yourself or your life with positive ones. The continuous loop makes sure that you stop brooding, and so there’s just no space for negative thoughts anymore. Just give it a try, I would be happy if it is as helpful to you as it is to me.

Have a wonderful week!

Love, Ilka

  1. Beautiful photo for this post. I agree that good and helpful mantras are important to override the negative ones that are louder than the positive ones.

    1. Yes, mantras are very helpful. Sometimes, when I can’t think of a suitable mantra, I use one-word mantras like “joy” or “ease” overriding my fear or my negative thoughts – the main thing is to stop them.

    2. I also say quick prayers for peace or remember Bible verses. Book of Proverbs has great verses.
I like your idea of one word too!
Hope you have a happy new year and days filled with calmness and peace!!
